Ultra-low Power High Stability Miniature OCXOs
By using the technology of Internally Heated Resonators (both the Crystal plate and the oven-control circuit are integrated in a TO-8 vacuum holder), we can get :
1. Ultra-Low Power Consumption: for some types down to 90 mW (at +25℃) .
2. High stability specs are available up to ±10 ppb -40℃ to 85℃.
3. Fast Warming-up within 30 s .
4. Very small size, such as the height down to 7.5mm or a DIP8 package.
5. Strong structure leads to very high mechanical strength: up to 1000G, 0.5ms shocks.
